We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This role is vital to the smooth day-to-day operation of our office and will involve a wide range of administrative tasks to support different departments, primarily HSEQ and Commercial. If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the HSEQ Director and Commercial Director.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, databases and records and handle correspondence.
  • Prepare documents, reports and presentations as required.
  • Update & maintain Accreditation Portals for the company.
  • Arrange & organise training courses for the company and manage LMS Systems.
  • Maintain training records, inductions and certifications.
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors and service providers.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional attitude and a high level of discretion.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Experience with Accreditation portals such as Constructionline.
  • Previous experience in using LMS systems.
  • High level of proficiency in SharePoint and organising Intranet Systems.
  • Qualifications in administration or a related field.
