Hours: 35 hours, Monday to Friday
We have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor (all levels considered) to join a market leading team (top ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers UK) which deals with professional discipline and clinical defence work. The post holder will be required to:
- Carry out work at all stages of pre-litigation and litigated clinical negligence claims.
- Represent a variety of regulated professionals such as doctors, dentists and teachers in referrals to their professional regulators and affiliated organisations.
- Be involved in each stage of the referral process of a case.
We are looking for someone with:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to build strong client relationships.
- An ability to manage a varied case load in a busy office environment.
- A confident, calm approach to managing clients in highly stressful circumstances.
- A proactive commitment to business development.
