Senior Solicitor or Associate - Employment Team
Location: Edinburgh (hybrid)
Hours: 35 Hours, Monday to Friday (9am β 5pm)
We are seeking a confident and organised individual with employment law experience in an employment law team with at least 3+ years PQE to support our busy Employment Law team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a growing firm where no two days are the same.
The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated employment law team responsible for providing high-quality advice and support to clients on a wide range of employment-related matters. These include advising on employment rights and obligations, drafting and reviewing employment documents, advising clients on a wide variety of employment issues, including workplace disputes, restructuring & redundancy and TUPE, representing clients in legal proceedings and delivering training to clients on key employment law topics.
The successful candidate will have sound employment law experience, good communication skills and an ability to manage client expectations, risk and financial targets as well as being able to work under pressure and to deadlines. They will work closely with our partner in Edinburgh and across the wider employment team.
Job title and salary will be commensurate with experience.
