Requirements
- We are looking for someone with strong IT support skills, ideally from a manufacturing environment.
- We need experience with Windows 11, basic networking, Intune, Prodigy shopfloor systems, Active Directory administration, and change control of production systems.
- We expect experience managing and resolving tickets using an ITSM ticketing package.
- We value experience deploying software via SCCM and providing remote support through RDP, SCCM Remote Control, Teams, Dameware, and other remote tools.
- We would like experience deploying desktops and laptops to new and existing users.
- We are looking for a good customer-focused attitude and the ability to work conscientiously and collaboratively.
- You must be willing to undertake UK Security Clearance to SC level and be free of a criminal record.
- A-Level or equivalent is preferred.
- IT Support experience of 3 years is preferred.
Responsibilities
- We support our FTSE 100 aerospace customer with manufacturing IT systems.
- We maintain backups of critical manufacturing systems and risk registers.
- We respond to production-affecting shop floor IT incidents at our Luton site.
- We work closely with maintenance and client teams on the shop floor and build strong working relationships.
- We manage and resolve IT support tickets and provide remote support where needed.
- We deploy software and set up desktops and laptops for new and existing users.
- We help bridge the gap between IT systems and aircraft production.
- We develop the successful candidates skills through training and ongoing support so they can grow into the role.
