As a Town House Host, you will be an integral part of our Front of House team, delivering unforgettable experiences to our guests and members. You will be the first member of the team to meet our guests as they arrive at our boutique hotel. You will help to create those enchanting moments which set the tone for their visit, whether they have come for a dining experience or an overnight stay. You will also be the final person that they see, and your aim will be to give them a wonderful lasting impression that they will never forget. Our Town House Host will be on hand to help our guests in any way required during their visit.

Who you are:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a 5* luxury company is desirable
  • Excellent time management skills and able to work to deadline
  • Efficient and responsible, with great attention to detail
  • Immaculately groomed and well-presented
  • Good communication skills and able to liaise with the team
  • Computer literate, experience with Res Diary and Opera Cloud being preferred

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing all arriving guests with a warm and memorable welcome
  • Meeting and greeting guests on arrival, and escorting guests to their allocated table
  • Ensuring that the highest levels of service are provided to all of our members and their guests
  • Answering telephone enquiries with an exceptional telephone manner

Shift Pattern:

This position will consist of 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be flexible in working any 5 out of 7 days, including evenings and weekends when required. Typical shift times will consist of: 08:00-20:00, 12:00-22:00 and 16:00-01:00.

Salary: Up to £31,250 per annum plus tronc
