The Restaurant Dressed in soft shades of green and immaculately designed by Nicola Harding and Sir Frank Lowe, the Fuji Grill showcases an impressive collection of 19th-century woodblock prints depicting the world celebrated Thirty-Six Views of Mount Fuji. Featuring an elegant menu of flawless sushi, sashimi and nigiri, alongside signature Beaverbrook dishes such as ‘Charcoal’ Wagyu with Juniper Miso, or a fine selection of modern Japanese gourmet specialities with our seasonal tasting menu.
The Role: As the Floor Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the Town House Restaurant, ensuring an outstanding experience for visiting members and guests.
Shift Pattern: This position will consist of 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be flexible in working any 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays. The typical hours for this position will consist of 07:00-16:00, 12:00-22:00 or 16:00-Close.
Salary: £33,500 Per annum plus variable service charge.
The Person:
- Up to date on current Health & Safety legislation, food hygiene regulations and COSHH & HACCP.
- Ability to lead and motivate a small team to deliver a seamless, memorable guest experience.
- Immaculately presented with exceptional communication skills.
- Experience in a five-star establishment, in a similar role.
- Experience working within a Japanese Restaurant is ideal but not essential.
