The Restaurant

Dressed in soft shades of green and immaculately designed by Nicola Harding and Sir Frank Lowe, the Fuji Grillshowcasesan impressive collection of 19th-century woodblock prints depicting the world celebrated Thirty-Six Views of Mount Fuji.

Featuring an elegant menu of flawless sushi, sashimi and nigiri, alongside signature Beaverbrook dishes such as ‘Charcoal’ Wagyu with Juniper Miso, or a fineselectionof modern Japanese gourmet specialities with our seasonal tasting menu.

The Role

As the Floor Manager, you willbe responsible forthe smooth operation of the Town House Restaurant, ensuring an outstanding experience for visiting members and guests.

  • Shift Pattern
  • This position will consist of 40 hours per week.
  • The ideal candidate will be flexible in working any 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • The typical hours for this position will consist of07:00-16:00, 12:00-22:00 or 16:00-Close.

Salary

  • £33,500 Perannum plusvariableservicecharge
  • The Person
  • Up to date on current Health & Safety legislation, food hygieneregulationsand COSHH & HACCP
  • Ability to lead and motivate a small team to deliver a seamless, memorable guest experience
  • Immaculately presented with exceptional communication skills
  • Experience in a five-star establishment, in a similar role
  • Experience working within a Japanese Restaurant is ideal but not essential
