What you'll be doing:

  • Assist in the preparation and setup of the dining areas for service.
  • Support the wait staff in delivering a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
  • Ensure tables are impeccably presented, stocked, and maintained throughout service.
  • Provide attentive and professional service to our guests, addressing their needs and requests promptly.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.

Who you are:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or hotel is preferred.
  • A passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Salary: £27,872 per annum plus tronc

Shift Pattern: This is a permanent position, consisting of 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate must be flexible to work 5 days out of 7, including evenings and weekends. Shift hours will consist of: 07:00-16:00, 13:00-23:00, 16:00-01:00.
