This position is offered on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract.

This role sits at the intersection of Legal, Credit and Trading and is central to how the business onboards counterparties, manages credit exposure and puts trading agreements in place.

  • Advise commercial, credit and structuring teams on documentation risk, including default provisions, termination triggers, netting and collateral mechanics.
  • Own counterparty documentation end-to-end — onboarding, renewals and outstanding negotiation points.
  • Act as the main point of contact between Legal, Credit, Compliance and front-office teams.

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience negotiating EFET General Agreements in a trading, legal or credit role.
  • Solid working knowledge of ISDAs and CSAs, including credit and collateral mechanics.
