We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support the Group's Accounts Receivable, credit control, and finance administration activities. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Allocate and post cash receipts.
- Process credit note requests.
- Review and process employee expense claims.
- Create and maintain supplier records.
- Respond to Finance Helpdesk queries.
- Handle telephone enquiries from clients and colleagues.
- Process credit and debit card payments.
- Support the wider credit control and finance teams as required.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous finance, accounts, or administration experience is desirable.
