Main Purpose of this role: To undertake basic work for the personal insolvency team, including statutory filings and supporting new work applications.

Key Functions:

  • Assisting the Personal Insolvency Team with the following:
    • Preparation of statutory paperwork and other legal documents
    • Drafting correspondence to creditors and other interested parties on request
    • General support to management as required
    • Processing invoices for payment
    • Carrying out income/expenditure assessments on cases
    • Merging & sending standard letters
    • Note taking in meetings
    • Supporting new work applications – inputting data onto various systems
    • Monitoring monthly contributions on cases and issuing standard letters as required
    • Chasing required information and documentation by telephone
