The Role – What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee finance system improvements, eliminating manual tasks and implementing automated solutions
- Work closely with IT and finance teams to integrate finance and business systems
- Lead the digital scanning project for accounts payable
- Enhance reporting and planning analytics, leveraging AI and automation
- Optimise general ledger implementation and streamline financial consolidation
- Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting regulations
- Provide financial insights and forecasting to support business decision-making
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience
- Strong experience in finance systems and process transformation
- Hands-on experience with Certinia / Financialforce (part of Salesforce) or similar ERP/finance systems
- Ability to adapt to both large and small business environments
- A proactive mindset, keen to drive efficiency and improve finance operations
