A well-established business within the food manufacturing sector is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join its finance team based in Spalding. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to work closely with operational and commercial teams, providing financial insight to support decision making across the business.

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + 10% bonus

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and review of monthly management accounts.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Business partner with operational and commercial stakeholders.
  • Support pricing decisions, tenders and profitability analysis.
  • Provide financial insight into operational performance and key business drivers.
  • Deliver variance analysis and performance reporting.
  • Analyse margins, costs and commercial opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) ideally.
  • Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner, Finance Manager or Management Accountant role.

  • Proven budgeting and forecasting capability.
  • Experience partnering with non-financial stakeholders.
