A well-established manufacturing business in Sunderland is seeking a Financial Accountant (temp to perm) to join its site-based finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant to step into a broad, hands-on role with team leadership responsibility, offering a clear pathway into a Financial Controller position. You will be joining a busy manufacturing environment, working closely with operations and taking ownership of key financial processes while supporting and guiding a small finance team.
The Role
- Preparing monthly financial accounts and reporting
- Maintaining strong financial controls and processes
- Supporting and leading a small finance team
- Overseeing balance sheet reconciliations and accuracy

About You
