We’re supporting a growing and innovative organisation based near Woodhall Spa to recruit a Group Financial Controller. This newly created role will give you full ownership of the group’s financial reporting, controls, and compliance — as well as the opportunity to lead and shape a high-performing finance team.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Overseeing group financial reporting, internal controls, and statutory compliance

  • Developing and mentoring your finance team to deliver continuous improvement
  • Acting as a key strategic partner to the CFO and wider exec team
  • Embedding robust processes across multiple sites

What you’ll bring:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
  • Experience in a manufacturing or operations-led environment
  • Previous success as a Financial Controller or No.2 in finance
  • Confident leadership skills with a track record of managing teams of 5+
  • A hands-on, proactive approach and the ability to influence at all levels
