�? What You’ll Be Doing
- Full ownership of UK finance, including the P&L and monthly reporting
- Group reporting and liaison with the parent company’s finance team
- Leading forecasting, planning, and business modelling
- Supporting the integration and improvement of finance systems
- Implementing stronger stock control and operational finance processes
- Playing a key role in commercial decision-making alongside the MD
? What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Experience working across both small businesses and larger, structured environments
- Strong commercial mindset — confident working at pace and with ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills — able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Ideally, experience in a tech, software, or manufacturing environment
- International exposure would be a plus
- Must be comfortable working on-site 4 days a week
