We have teamed up with a privately-owned group operating in bespoke joinery and construction, looking for a permanent Financial Controller to join them on a permanent basis. They have ambitious acquisition plans offering a clear path to progress and you will play a pivotal role in leading the financial operations and help drive growth trajectory. Role Overview: Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will manage a team of two accounts assistants while handling a range of accounting responsibilities. Key Responsibilities include: Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Prepare management accounts and perform financial analysis. Ensure compliance with VAT and CIS regulations. Act as a key business partner, providing insights and financial guidance. Improve processes where needed.
