A well-established organisation is seeking a Credit Controller to join their team on an initial 3-month temporary basis, with the potential for extension or a permanent opportunity. This role is ideal for someone experienced in the end-to-end credit control process, confident in managing accounts, resolving queries, and supporting cash allocation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full end-to-end credit control duties
- Cash allocation and reconciliation of payments
- Investigating and resolving account queries
- Managing aged debt and supporting collections activity
- Ensuring accuracy of financial records and updates
- Supporting reporting and data analysis using Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs)
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Credit Controller role (end-to-end exposure preferred)
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP essential)
- Confident handling queries and resolving discrepancies
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Able to work independently within a fast-paced environment
