This role is ideal for someone experienced in the end-to-end credit control process, confident in managing accounts, resolving queries, and supporting cash allocation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full end-to-end credit control duties
  • Cash allocation and reconciliation of payments
  • Investigating and resolving account queries
  • Managing aged debt and supporting collections activity
  • Ensuring accuracy of financial records and updates
  • Supporting reporting and data analysis using Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs)

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Credit Controller role (end-to-end exposure preferred)
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP essential)
  • Confident handling queries and resolving discrepancies
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
