A well-established group based in Lincoln is seeking a Group Financial Controller to oversee the financial management and control of two businesses. Reporting to senior leadership and managing two Finance Managers, you will ensure accurate reporting, robust financial controls, effective cash-flow management and the delivery of commercially useful financial insight. This is a broad role combining strategic input with hands-on financial control. You will work closely with operational leaders, helping them understand financial performance and make informed business decisions. Key Responsibilities Take overall financial responsibility across two businesses. Lead the monthly management accounts and reporting process.
