BTG Gases, UK branch of the SOL Group, is looking for a full-time Clinical Specialist. The Clinical Specialist will provide expert support, guidance, and training to healthcare professionals on the use and application of BTG Gases medical products.
Key responsibilities:
- You will be an expert in BTG Gases medical gases application, including oxygen and inhaled nitric oxide therapy.
- You will be responsible for educating BTG Gases customers on our products and solutions.
- You will work with the field in developing research accounts and conduct and follow-up on clinical evaluations involving Masimo technology.
- Training new and potential users will be an important aspect of the position; thus an ability to transfer knowledge is a must.
- You will be part of a professional team and will partner with colleagues from other departments to advance sales and market penetration of BTG Gases products and solutions.
- Position Masimo SET as the new standard for pulse oximetry. Participate in programs to build and maintain end-user awareness (e.g., trade show, regional symposium, competitive analysis, etc.).
- Maintain thorough product knowledge including ability to demonstrate products, position products vs. competitive products, training of existing partner sales force and in service end-users.
- Leading on organising and running customer evaluations/deployments alongside the Account manager to educate and position Masimo technology in real world use cases.
- You will be working in different areas of the hospital to promote different BTG Gases products within BTG Gases portfolio.
Requirements:
- Nurse diploma. Other academic backgrounds such as biomedical engineering considered depending on experience and expertise.
- Min 2-3 years in direct critical care, NICU, PICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Paediatric Intensive Care Unit) or emergency medical experience.
- Prior sales/clinical support experience preferred.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.
- Excellent and effective English oral and written communication skills.
- PC literate and have excellent organizational skills.
- Direct experience in customer interactions and presentations.
- Independent problem solver with prior managerial/leadership experience preferred.
- Ability to be an integral part of an innovative, fast paced clinical & business development team.
- Ability and willingness to travel as per business requirements.
- Valid driving license.
