Eddisons is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Agent as a Director or Associate Director to be based in their established Liverpool City Centre Commercial Agency Team.
Role Responsibilities:- Assist and lead pitch presentations to new and existing clients on the services Eddison’s provide.
- Assist/lead on the development and execution of real estate strategies and transactions which support the Clients core business, plans, and objectives.
- Work closely with external parties such as project managers and fit-out contractors ensuring a smooth and seamless process.
- Work with management to improve team processes and consistently update them with significant deal information.
- Host market events.
- Collaborate daily with the Business Development team on all opportunities.
- Experienced established Commercial Property Agent with a track record of business development.
- Proficient using Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent numeracy skills.
