We are growing our Liverpool team and are seeking a driven Associate Director to support and lead a wide range of building consultancy instructions across the North West. This is a key opportunity to influence project delivery, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to the continued expansion of our regional presence. We also welcome applications from ambitious Senior Surveyors who are ready to progress into an Associate Director role. Key Responsibilities
- Client collaboration — Working closely with external clients, third‑party consultants, and internal colleagues across our in‑house multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Site inspections & surveys — Undertaking site inspections, building surveys, and producing Technical Due Diligence reports, defect analysis, schedules of condition, and PPM schedules.
- Project briefing & costing — Advising on and developing project briefs and budget costs for refurbishment works.
- Specification & contract administration — Preparing specifications, analysing tenders, undertaking contract administration duties, coordinating design teams, and ensuring statutory compliance.
- Development monitoring — Providing development monitoring services for funders, reporting on all aspects of construction projects throughout design and build phases.
- Reinstatement cost assessments — Undertaking reinstatement cost assessments for insurance purposes.
- Dilapidations advice — Advising landlords and tenants on dilapidations matters, including assessments, exit strategies, and negotiating claims.
- Party wall matters — Acting for both building owners and adjoining owners on party wall matters.
