About the Role

As a Trainee Asset Appraiser, you will support senior valuers in assessing, cataloguing, and preparing a wide range of industrial and commercial assets for valuation and sale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Asset preparation — cataloguing, listing, items at client sites.
  • Appraisal support — assisting with inspections, measurements, photography, and valuation notes, researching and valuing available assets.
  • Logistics coordination — ensuring safe movement of goods and managing site workflows.
  • Auction preparation — supporting both onsite and online sale setups.
