Tasks and responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Proactively assist the Building & Project Consultancy team in the day-to-day delivery of projects.
- Undertaking building surveys and site inspections.
- Production of Schedules of Condition, Technical Due Diligence Reports, defect surveys and PPM schedules.
- Preparation of Schedules of Work and Specifications for all types of maintenance, construction and development projects.
- Delivery of contract administration services.
- Fund Monitoring.
- Working with external clients and consultant teams.
Key skills required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal.
- Capable report and specification writing skills.
- MRICS Qualification.
