Responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Proactively assisting the Building & Project Consultancy team in the day-to-day delivery of projects.
- Undertaking building surveys and site inspections.
- Production of Schedules of Condition, Technical Due Diligence Reports, defect surveys and PPM schedules.
- Preparation of Schedules of Work and Specifications for all types of maintenance, construction and development projects.
- Delivery of contract administration services.
- Fund Monitoring.
