RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work independently on loan security valuations
- Prepare valuations and strategic advice to a wide variety of lender clients
- Be able to take day to day responsibility for execution of instructions with support from peers and wider team
REQUIREMENTS:
- MRICS Qualified
- RICS Registered Valuer
- Extensive valuation experience across all main sectors
- Excellent written report writing skills
- Competent in Excel, Word and valuation software
- Motivated individual who is keen to progress their career
