Our Asset Advisory Team provides specialist valuation and disposal services for plant, machinery and business assets. We work with insolvency practitioners, accountants, asset-based lenders, banks, corporate clients and private individuals.

The opportunity: We are seeking an experienced professional to join our expanding team in Scotland. This role is ideal for someone ambitious, self-motivated and keen to build a long-term career in the valuation and sale of machinery, equipment and business assets. You will work across diverse sectors and locations, undertaking inspections, valuations and agency work, primarily on behalf of Insolvency Practitioners.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the day-to-day management of casework
  • Liaising directly with clients and stakeholders
  • Conducting site inspections and asset surveys across Scotland
  • Preparing valuation, appraisal and marketing reports
  • Researching costs and analysing comparable evidence and sales data
  • Assisting with the sale of businesses, plant, machinery and other assets
