Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting senior surveyors with mechanical and electrical asset surveys.
  • Logging, tagging, and reporting on building services equipment.
  • Supporting plantroom inspections and condition assessments.
  • Recording and verifying data relating to heating, ventilation, HVAC, and electrical systems.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary surveying team.
  • Producing clear, accurate survey notes and digital records using asset management software.

Requirements:
