At BTG Eddisons, we pride ourselves on creating exceptional experiences for our clients and tenants. We're now seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient management of multiple buildings, ensuring operational excellence, financial control, and a strong focus on sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Oversee hard and soft services, maintain site documentation, and coordinate with surveyors and property managers.
- Financial Management: Draft and reconcile service charge budgets, manage costs in line with agreed budgets, and provide monthly financial reports.
- Contract Management: Proactively manage supplier contracts, attend review meetings, and mobilise new agreements.
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with legislation, maintain Riskwise scores above 90%, and manage contractor safety standards.
- Sustainability: Drive green initiatives, reduce utility consumption, and ensure compliance with sustainability policies.
- CAFM Helpdesk: Maintain accurate records, monitor contractor KPIs, and conduct monthly audits.
Qualifications & Experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, tenants, and stakeholders.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a proactive, “can-do” approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- NEBOSH or IOSH qualification desirable.
- BIFM or IWFM qualification desirable.
