Our London office is expanding, and we are looking for a motivated Trainee Asset Appraiser to join our specialist asset valuation and industrial appraisal team. This role offers a hands-on introduction to the world of plant, machinery, and commercial asset appraisal — ideal for someone practical, curious, and eager to build a career in a niche, high-demand field.
About the Role
- Asset preparation — cataloguing, listing, items at client sites.
- Appraisal support — assisting with inspections, measurements, photography, and valuation notes, researching and valuing available assets.
- Logistics coordination — ensuring safe movement of goods and managing site workflows.
- Auction preparation — supporting both onsite and online sale setups.
- Client and customer communication — maintaining professional relationships and providing progress updates.
- Onsite supervision — directing contractors or temporary staff when required.
- Business development awareness — spotting opportunities for new instructions.
- Health & Safety compliance — following company and site-specific procedures.
