Our London office is expanding, and we are looking for a motivated Trainee Asset Appraiser to join our specialist asset valuation and industrial appraisal team. This role offers a hands-on introduction to the world of plant, machinery, and commercial asset appraisal β€” ideal for someone practical, curious, and eager to build a career in a niche, high-demand field.

About the Role

  • Asset preparation β€” cataloguing, listing, items at client sites.
  • Appraisal support β€” assisting with inspections, measurements, photography, and valuation notes, researching and valuing available assets.
  • Logistics coordination β€” ensuring safe movement of goods and managing site workflows.
  • Auction preparation β€” supporting both onsite and online sale setups.
  • Client and customer communication β€” maintaining professional relationships and providing progress updates.
  • Onsite supervision β€” directing contractors or temporary staff when required.
  • Business development awareness β€” spotting opportunities for new instructions.
  • Health & Safety compliance β€” following company and site-specific procedures.
  • Reviewing finance agreements.
  • Appraising wide variation of assets.

What We’re Looking For
