About the Role
You will be joining a supportive and collaborative team delivering a wide range of professional and project-based surveying services across commercial, industrial, education and public sector assets. You will gain hands-on experience across:
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) surveys
- Pre-acquisition Building Surveys
- Design and Contract Administration
- Schedules of Condition
- Schedules of Dilapidations
- Reinstatement Cost Assessments

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting contract administration duties, including preparing specifications, tender documentation and attending site meetings
- Assisting with building surveys and producing clear, accurate reports
- Analysing building defects and contributing to technical advice
- Supporting the preparation of dilapidations schedules and negotiations
- Assisting with the supervision of works on site
- Providing advice on maintenance, repair, refurbishment and construction matters
- Undertaking building, condition and measured surveys

A degree in a RICS accredited course
