About the RoleAs a Trainee Asset Appraiser, you will support senior valuers in assessing, cataloguing, and preparing a wide range of industrial and commercial assets for valuation and sale.
Key Responsibilities- Asset preparation — cataloguing, listing, items at client sites.
- Appraisal support — assisting with inspections, measurements, photography, and valuation notes, researching and valuing available assets.
- Logistics coordination — ensuring safe movement of goods and managing site workflows.
- Auction preparation — supporting both onsite and online sale setups.
- Client and customer communication — maintaining professional relationships and providing progress updates.
- Onsite supervision — directing contractors or temporary staff when required.
