Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s schedule and international travel/meetings.
  • Prepare for senior executive meetings (including agendas, materials, and minutes).
  • Act as a bridge for internal and external communications.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Coordinate the CEO’s domestic and international travel (visas, flights, hotels, etc.).
  • Plan internal/external events, meetings, and business dinners.
  • Handle travel expense reimbursements.
  • Assist with managing the CEO’s personal schedule in London (appointments, family activities).
  • Serve as a local point of contact for coordinating property management and household matters.
  • Handle personal affairs to balance work and life.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese (able to use as working languages).
  • Residing in London or with prior living experience in London preferred.
  • Possessing legal work authorization is a plus.
  • Familiarity with local lifestyle, transportation, culture, and business environment.
  • 3-5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, with cross-cultural background preferred.
  • Well organized, with good time management and multitasking skills.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment; proactive problem-solving.
  • Meticulous, reliable, with high integrity and confidentiality awareness.
