Job Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s schedule and international travel/meetings.
- Prepare for senior executive meetings (including agendas, materials, and minutes).
- Act as a bridge for internal and external communications.

- Coordinate the CEO’s domestic and international travel (visas, flights, hotels, etc.).

Job Requirements

- Possessing legal work authorization is a plus.

- 3-5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, with cross-cultural background preferred.
