We are seeking two dedicated efficient Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to the handling of goods. Responsibilities

  • Load and unload goods from lorries and containers, ensuring safe handling practices are followed.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications, maintaining high levels of accuracy.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Maintain an organised stock area, ensuring that items are stored correctly and easily accessible.
  • Utilise a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for tracking inventory levels and managing stock movements.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving activities, verifying the accuracy of shipments against documentation.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained and discrepancies are reported promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals while maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not essential.
  • Mechanical knowledge is advantageous for troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 25 kg) safely and effectively.
  • Familiarity with picking and packing processes is beneficial.
  • Experience operating forklifts or similar machinery is desirable; relevant certifications are a plus.
