It’s an exciting time at EE as we continue the relaunch of the brand and redefine how we serve our customers. We are setting up a new team to cement our brand as a leader in the social media space. In this role, you will be responsible for campaign management and nurturing our online community across key social media platforms, including end-to-end brief management, creative reviews, and identifying opportunities for EE to engage in trending conversations.
What you’ll be doing
- Support the Head of Social with the execution of an always-on campaign content plan to drive brand engagement.
- Manage the campaign process from briefing to execution.
- Monitor and analyze key social media metrics (engagement, reach, growth, and sentiment) to identify trends, optimize performance, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Produce clear and actionable reporting to guide strategy and content execution plans.
- Identify relevant opportunities to partner with creators, brands, and trends that support the content strategy.
The skills and experience you will have under your belt
- Proven experience as a Social Campaign Manager or similar role.
- A keen eye for best-in-class creative with experience working with content creators/social creatives.
- Deep understanding of the production process.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to convey brand tone of voice.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to improve performance.
- Ability to work independently and identify risks and opportunities while collaborating with wider comms teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
