This role is essential in supporting the operational effectiveness of Directors within the Consumer function. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide high-quality administrative and coordination support, enabling the Directors to focus on strategic priorities. You will also play a key role in supporting team engagement, recognition, and communication activities across their respective areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and process expenses for up to three Directors.
  • Organise internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
  • Support Directors in planning and delivering team engagement activities, such as all hands meetings, recognition events, and internal communications.
  • Own and manage the “Just to Say” budget for the Directors’ areas, ensuring appropriate and timely allocation of recognition to team members.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
  • Maintain accurate filing and documentation.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Work closely with the EA to ensure alignment and consistency in support across the unit.
  • Work closely with the pan Consumer PA unit to ensure cover for Directors if their dedicated PA is on annual leave, or out of the office.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to administrative processes and team coordination.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to proactively manage multiple priorities and take initiative when required.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and coordinating team activities.
  • Comfortable managing small budgets and ensuring meaningful recognition is delivered across teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
  • Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with integrity.
