The predicted salary is between 63000 - 77000 £ per year.

Due to the sensitive nature of this role, you will be required to undergo DV (Developed Vetting) level Security Clearance. An allowance of £5k per annum may be payable monthly while you hold this DV and continue to work in a role that requires that level of security clearance. The terms of this allowance will be made available if you are successful in being recruited into this role.

The purpose of this role

You support project delivery, using sound technical capabilities to define, document and carry out projects/programmes, agreeing approach, plans and performance criteria, managing costs and stakeholder engagement. You identify and address risks to ensure the success of the project and support continuous improvement. You may coordinate activities for a team. This job role can be based in London, Ipswich or Cheltenham. Hybrid (4 days office based & 1 day remote). Monday-Friday 37.5 hours. DV Security Clearance is required. Must have lived in the UK for 10+ years to obtain clearance.

What you’ll be doing

  • E2E delivery for all requirements, underpinning growth and NPS
  • Leadership of the Programme Team to provide professional services focusing on the innovative design for customers.
  • Ensure the Programme team consult with customers to design the most appropriate technical solutions.
  • Delivers Customer Programme requirements into wider GSS projects working closely with the Delivery teams.
  • Inputs into plans to develop, retain and attract talent for the Programme Team.
