What you’ll be doing Be hands on in the build and development of world class secure cloud-based solutions as part of an agile delivery team.
Lead the design of cloud solutions.
Work directly with our customers to understand their requirements.
Working with support teams to enable management and monitoring of cloud-based systems, and their ongoing support.
Provide some third line support to deployed cloud-based solutions.
Line manage several more junior members of the team, assisting them in their professional development.
Essential Skills Cloud Architecture/Design Cloud Migration Cloud Deployment Software Development for Cloud Agile Methodologies You'll definitely Have experience utilising AWS cloud services, both compute and appropriate managed services.
Have expertise in developing for cloud, with experience in iterative full-stack development in appropriate languages (for example node. js or Python).
Have experience in delivering Kubernetes or AWS EKS solutions.
Have experience managing infrastructure-as-code, for example using Terraform or AWS Cloud Formation.
Have experience managing or mentoring more junior colleagues.
You might even Have some experience with CI/CD pipelines, and tools such as Jenkins.
Have experience automating specific management and maintenance activities, to support BAU tasks in complex systems environments. (e. g. new cloud
