Business Explorer apprenticeship scheme:
- Identify opportunities, scope improvement projects, and deliver changes that drive value for the business and our customers.
- Work with stakeholders across operations, product, and commercial teams; use data to diagnose issues and track benefits.
- Lead (or play a key role in) cross‑functional initiatives, presenting findings and recommendations that stick.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities:
- Customer Experience – working in customer service or sales teams to understand the operational disputes and opportunities.

- Transformation Programmes – working in project design and delivery teams to see how improvements are made to happen.

Duration of the programme – 37 months
Entry requirements:
- 5 GCSEs at grade 4-9 including Maths and English (or SCQF 5).
- 2 A Levels – grade C or above (or SCQF Level 6).
- All applicants must hold a full UK right to work for the full 37 months of the scheme. We do not offer sponsorship for any of our Early Career roles.
