The predicted salary is between 50000 - 60000 £ per year.

Due to the sensitive nature of this role, you will be required to undergo DV (Developed Vetting) level Security Clearance. An allowance of £5k per annum may be payable monthly while you hold this DV and continue to work in a role that requires that level of security clearance. The purpose of this role

The PMO Support Office is an integral part of the organisation and is responsible for the lead provision of project office services and support, including Document Management, Risk Management, Quality Management, and Management Reporting. The team also provides secretarial support to selected internal and external boards, including the capture of meeting decisions and ensuring progress on actions arising from meetings. Proactively provides best practice advice, guidance and standards across a range of PMO services under the supervision of a PMO Lead. This includes the implementation and application of agreed governance standards, tools and techniques. This job role can be based in London, Ipswich, Cheltenham or Manchester. Hybrid (4 days office based & 1 day remote). Monday-Friday 37.5 hours. DV Security Clearance is required. Must have lived in UK for 10+ years to obtain clearance.

What you’ll be doing

  • Document management, ensuring compliance with agreed document standards and templates.
  • Analysis of contract data to qualify/articulate trends and themes focussing on key message types, as required by primary governance forums.
  • Management of programme risks and issues, and drives progress, escalating/reporting as appropriate and effectively escalating when risks are not being addressed, and ensures high scoring risks receive appropriate attention.
  • Create/collate and assure key reports that support the SMT, Delivery and Service Operations teams.
  • Identify and assess opportunities for improvement in both business process and PMO service delivery.
