A bit more about the roles

This is B2B inside sales. You\’ll build strong, lasting customer relationships, win new business and help drive revenue. To succeed, you\’ll need to gain a good understanding of each prospect – their challenges and what drives them – then match those with the perfect products from across the BT portfolio.

We\’re currently hiring for Inside Sales Account Managers – you\’ll typically manage around 50 client relationships with either public or private sector organisations. You\’ll need to forecast revenue, develop strategic plans and manage churn risk to grow your base.
