About The Role:
Location: London
Base Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 per year
OTE: £82,000 – £130,000 (Uncapped)

The Role:
As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll work closely with our Field Sales Manager and become part of our BT Local Business team, representing the BT brand across Central, West & South London. You’ll complete comprehensive BT and on-going training, gaining a globally recognised qualification to sell BT’s full product portfolio and tailor solutions to customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our large desk-based lead generation team to manage qualified, pre-booked appointments
- Attend face-to-face meetings and online webinars with prospects
- Engage with senior decision-makers (owners, MDs, FDs, IT Directors)
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Sell the full range of BT products and services, with a focus on up-selling and cross-selling
- Accurately record activity using Salesforce CRM
What We’re Looking For:
- A driven, confident, and proactive sales professional
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Proven ability to meet targets in a high-pressure, fast-paced sales environment
- Minimum of 2 years' B2B sales experience (preferred)
- Experience in telecoms or IT sales is highly desirable
