We’re building the UK’s leading communications and IT services provider, with the strongest fixed and mobile networks, and we’re looking for a driven Strategic Account Manager to join our team.
About the Role
As part of our Field Sales division, you’ll play a key role in driving new business acquisition and customer retention across a defined geographical territory. You’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end solutions sales lifecycle—from prospecting and pipeline development through to negotiation and closing high-value deals. This is a hunter-style role, ideal for someone who thrives on winning new business while growing and retaining existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth: Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts
- Customer Retention: Build strong relationships to increase renewals, reduce churn, and maximise lifetime value
- Territory Management: Own and develop your assigned geographical market
