We are seeking a full-time Outbound B2B Desk Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team in East Kilbride. This on-site role involves engaging with potential and existing business customers to promote and sell our range of communication solutions. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Conducting outbound sales calls
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Identifying client needs and offering tailored solutions
- Achieving sales targets
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with business clients
