What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborative working across different areas of the business in virtual teams.
- Define/develop strategy/policy that supports the planning, management, administration, design & development and delivery of complex secure and bespoke training interventions/solutions/programmes necessary to support BT staff's ability to execute the required knowledge, skills and attitude/behaviours (KSA) throughout the full life cycle of project design and delivery through to in life service/support.
- Create all technical documentation to support all L&D activities specifically across the managed service.
- Determination of the strategy to fulfil the contractual obligations to train customer personnel by the planning, management, administration, design & development and delivery of complex training programmes.
