What you’ll be doing:

  • WNB/C2M/Complex Transition & Transformation or Complex Change.
  • High number of emergent products with complex solution and customers.
  • Accountable for end to end technical solution and delivery of solution DCMs to time, cost and quality.
  • Lead the end to end design for customer deliveries.
  • Deliver designs that adhere to Design and Delivery gold standards and governance process.
  • Lead a team to deliver outcome-based work packages.
  • Accountable for fulfilling resource requests through resourcing plans.
  • Accountable for managing risks associated with their team.
  • Accountable for team growth through career progression framework.
  • Manage attrition, Performance Management, Career Development, Well Being and Your Say.
  • Be a product or service SME and train a design squad in all relevant aspects of that product.

  • Around 10 years of deep, hands-on technology expertise.
  • Confident leading high-value engagements (£10M+), managing large teams (15+ designers), and solving problems proactively.
  • You put the customer first—understanding their needs and aligning the right solutions to deliver real value.
  • Always looking for smarter ways to work, challenging processes, and embracing innovation.
  • Strong team player who understands the importance of cross-functional delivery.
  • Skilled in commercial discussions and problem-solving across the customer journey—never settling for less than the right outcome.
  • Clear, confident communicator who can engage at all levels, present solutions with impact, and handle commercial and service discussions effectively.
  • Expert at mapping, managing, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders—internally and externally, including C-level executives.

Flexible Working:

This role offers a 3 together, 2 wherever working model. This means you are required to be at your contractual location 3 days a week with 2 flexible days per week.
