As a Business Consultant at EE, you’ll play a vital role in growing our BT and EE Business presence within local communities. This is a commercially focused role for someone with the drive, resilience and sales expertise to generate new business, build trusted relationships and deliver outstanding customer experiences through our retail stores and beyond. Comfortable influencing others, you’ll build trust through strong communication, a customer-first approach and collaborative working.
You’ll bring experience from a fast-paced direct sales environment, ideally within telecoms, with new business growth at its core. Working closely with colleagues across Retail and SoHo Enterprise, you’ll connect local businesses with the right solutions to support their growth. Acting as an ambassador for both EE and BT, you’ll represent our brand in the external market while influencing and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless, high-quality sales journeys.
Your ability to understand customer needs, tailor solutions and build long-term relationships will be central to your success. You’ll own your performance, managing your pipeline through proactive prospecting, lead management and account development. From identifying new opportunities and converting warm leads to growing existing accounts through in-life reviews, you’ll take a structured, organised approach to delivering results.
Your commercial awareness, strong product knowledge and understanding of the local SME market will ensure opportunities are identified, progressed and delivered in line with business goals and your own targets.
