You'll lead the in-housing of one of our key brands, Plusnet, managing complex workstreams and senior stakeholders, while helping to shape the broader in-house agency model. Your leadership will ensure we deliver with clarity, creativity, and impact.

  • Track project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential delays.
  • Traffic & Resource Coordination: Work with the Principal Creative Operations Manager to allocate appropriate resources to projects based on skills, availability, and workload.
  • Brief creative and production teams clearly on project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Monitor team capacity and workload, coordinating schedules across multiple projects to optimise resource utilisation.
  • Budget & Financial Tracking: Manage project finances end to end, ensuring accurate cost tracking, timely processing of POs and invoices, and proactive escalation of any budget risks.
  • Status Reporting & Communication: Keep projects on track by maintaining clear documentation, updating systems, and proactively communicating status, timelines, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Process Management: Ensure smooth, consistent project delivery by maintaining agency processes, improving workflows, and keeping all project documentation organized and up to standard.
  • Supplier & Production Coordination: Manage end to end production with external partners - coordinating suppliers, freelancers, and agencies to deliver high quality, technically accurate assets on time and on budget across all channels.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all creative deliverables meet brand, legal, and technical standards by managing quality checks, approvals, and final file accuracy from start to finish.

Experience & Skills:

  • Strong experience in project management, traffic management, or production coordination within creative agencies or marketing teams.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience using project management and workflow tools with a background coordinating resource across creative teams.
  • Experience managing suppliers and production processes.
  • Demonstrable ability to work in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.

Desirable:

  • Experience in in-house agencies or brand-side marketing teams.
  • Background in telecommunications, technology, or large B2C organizations.
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
  • Experience with creative production across multiple channels and an understanding of creative briefing and approval processes.
  • Formal project management training or certification.
