This role is to register your interest for Project Manager roles at BT in the South West. As a Project Manager, you'll execute and coordinate workstreams in planning, executing, and delivering complex projects/programmes, aligned with BT Group strategies and external contractual requirements. You will partner with BT Group and executive stakeholders across multiple business units.
What you’ll be doing
- Accountable for leading the delivery of large, complex projects, programmes, or portfolios that offer significant benefits or risks to our customers. The delivery will be highly visible and impactful.
- Manage project risks using recognized project management methods, adapting them based on risk profiles and governance needs.
- Ensure the PMO and resourcing functions have clear visibility of upcoming demands and contractual requirements.
- Act as a customer champion by understanding customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring quality and timeliness of delivery.
- Understand the customer’s business context and the impact of the programme on business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Practice and Hub Managers and the Client Services team to ensure consistent delivery.
